Learning Activity Title
Immunocompromised patients face distinct infection risks depending on which arm of immunity is impaired. This CME activity covers opportunistic infections in cellular immunodeficiency (mycobacteria, systemic mycoses, protozoa) and in neutropenia and humoral immunodeficiency (ecthyma gangrenosum, opportunistic mycoses, herpesviruses, Neisseria). Sharpen the ability to match cutaneous findings to the underlying immune defect and choose the right diagnostic and treatment approach.
